A:  Yes, we have stocks of those product which can be retailed. MOQ is negotiable, mixed quantity is welcome.

Q2. What is your policy of sample fee? 
A: For small qty sample, we do usually send free samples within 3-5 days, but the sample freight will be on your account. If large amount Samples or expensive items, sample fee will be charged. However, the payment will be refunded when the mass order was confirmed.(mass order mean the quantity is more than MOQ).

Q3. What about the shipping? 
A: It is charged by forwarder,depends on the specific weight,volume. We always use DHL, EMS, UPS, FEDEX,BY SEA, BY AIR. whatever you want.

 Q4. What’s your payment method? 

A:1.Payment terms: 30% deposit upon your order, 70% balance before shipment.
      2.Payment option: TT ,Western Union, Papal

      3. Paypal is just for receiving small amount remittance, like sample fee, freight,mold charge.  And payment by paypal will add 4% extra handling charges for the buyer.

Q5. Can you accpet third party inspection for QC ?
A: Yes. Actually, we usually suggest our clients do that to guarantee their rights.

Q6. Can you do private label items?
A: yes, We can do both OEM and ODM, and we promise to keep your information and design private. And usually free cost for UPC label on the customized box.

Q7. How to use this tape?
A: Simple! Just peel off the back paper a little from the down side, stick on the breast. The last step is pull to lift the breast, and peel off all the paper.  You can repeat these steps until get your desired outfit. You can also use the side tape and the double sided body and cloth tape for better outfit. 

Q8: what’s your after sales service?

We always full inspect the bulk goods before shipping. But if you find the defect items, please contact our sales representative in time within 30days after you received our products. The sales representative shall deal with your complaint at once.

As a responsible supplier, we promise that we will replace or refund the defective goods within 2 months once get your feedback. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper preservation/transportation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster.
