PVC VENTILATION FLEXIBLE DUCT:
The flexible duct is able to endure the high temperature, the acid the alkali, the oleic acid and burning, it is easily to turn, connect and schlep. It has been extensively used in maintaining underground cable, engine room, crype, tunnel municipal conduit engineering, machine shipbuilding engineering, fire fight rescue and other construction in the bad air environment,
Diameter: 4"-60"(100mm -1200mm)
Standard length: 5m, 10m, 15ft, 25ft ( any lenght is available)
Material of flexible duct:
There are four kinds of material for manufacturing the flexible duct.
a). PVC Laminated Fabric: It is fire retardant, different thickness of pvc laminated fabric for customers to choose. 0.35mm is standard thickness for duct. This main material for duct is manufactured by ourselves.
b). Wire Steel: The diameter of wire steel for flexible duct is according to the size of duct. For exsample, 200mm diameter flexible duct is manufactured by 1.80mm diameter wire steel, 300mm diameter of flexible duct is manufactured by 2.20mm diameter wire steel.
c). Rubber Wear Stripe: It is manufactured by ourselves, the standard color of it is black. It is customized.
d). Parts:
End Cuff: Standard end cuffs are white PP rope and Belt with buckle.
D Rings: There are two big D rings for one piece of duct. Both of these two big D rings on the edge of the duct. And there is a small D ring per meter on the duct.
