Product Description of Hoisting Charcoal Furnace
Hoisting carbonization furnace is a new invention of LanYu's environmental protection smokeless carbonization furnace equipment. The composition of the hoisting carbonization furnace comprises a furnace body, a furnace cover, a heating chamber, an exhaust pipe, a carbonized inner tank arranged in the furnace body, and a sealing cover arranged on the carbonization inner tank. The upper edge of the carbonization inner tank is fixed with a downward turning ring flange. The downward turning ring flange is fastened to the ring sealing ring fixed on the upper part of the furnace, and the hoisting ear is fixed on the side wall of the carbonization inner tank, the sealing cover on the carbonization inner tank and the furnace cover respectively. The inner tank of the carbonization furnace is separated from the combustion chamber because the continuous work can be realized by using the activated carbonization inner tank. The whole structure is simple and novel, the operation is simple and safe.
The carbonization process of hoisting carbonization furnace
1. drying stage: from the beginning of ignition combustion furnace temperature up to 160℃, this stage also belongs to the dehumidification stage, mainly depends on the heat generated by external combustion to dehumidify, this stage log or other raw materials chemical composition has hardly changed.

2. carbonization: this stage mainly depends on the external calorific value, furnace temperature rise between 160~280°c. In this case, the wood thermal decomposition reaction, the composition began to change. The unstable components include carbon dioxide decomposed by hemicellulose and a small amount of acetic acid and other substances.
3. complete carbonization stage: temperature 300~650℃. At this stage, raw materials are rapidly decomposed to produce a large amount of acetic acid, methanol and wood tar and other liquid products. also produced methane, ethylene and other combustible gas, combustible gas by conveying to the bottom of the furnace for heating, the temperature in the furnace rises, and the raw rod produces carbon rod at high temperature.
