2. High precision cartridge type spindle unit is equipped with P-4 class cylindrical spindle bearing,spindle rotates max.3000rev/min.
3. The two axis of feed use large pitch ball screw bearings with special support bearings, screw transmission
accuracy, high precision.
4. The Unique oil and water separate structure, no need oil and water separator, lubricating oil can be recovered independently .
5. The tail seat guideways use a steel sliding guideways, the body of tail seat use the hydraulic automatic locking, have good guide and stability.
6. Fully enclosed protection, side mounted cooling and chip box, chip removal fluid and convenient; translocation type operation panel, safe and convenient to operate
