Q :  What format of artwork files you prefer? 

A :  AI, CDR or PDF if possible, please!

Q :  How can I make sure your product is exactly what I want?
A :  You can trust on us. We're a professional and experienced manufacturer. We print strictly according to the artwork files. But as we know, there's a color tolerance(3~6 Delta-E) in printing. We can send you samples for confirmation before producing if you need.

Q : What’s the payment term?
A : 100% in advance, or 30% in advance and balance before shipment. T/T, Western Union or L/C are acceptable.

Q : How do you ship my goods?
A : By air express, by air, by sea or by truck, according to your requirement.
