Installation of pvc roof tiles 

1.Please use a fine -toothed saw to cut PVC.

2.Can  drill with hand drill or power drill.When  drilling , the bottom should be supported to present swaying, and the hold diameter should be bigger than screw by 50%. When fixing screws, special rubber mat should be placed under the tile,and the screws should be properly fasten and should not be too tight.

3.The frame structure uses structures steel or wood as purine,requiring neat,parallel and evenly spaced purlines without deforming.

Notice of installation:

 Crosswise lap joint must have two waves ;lengthwise lap joint  length >300mm.

Packing details of the roof tiles :

we use PE bag package or pallet packing ,as per customer requirement.

Normally it can load 3500 to 4200sqms per 20' container, 4300 to 5300 sqms 

per 40'container( up to the thickness)
