Technological Process
42CrMo,C45 ZG310-570 or other ally steel will be used as raw material according to the customer’s requirements through forging or casting method. Ultrasonic inspection will be done to ensure the material are free of pore,holes and cracks. Measuring the size of the forging,calculation the processing allowance and accurate to estimate the cutting times in the turning process.
The tooth will be hobbed on gear hobbing machine or milled on CNC gentry milling and drilling machine according to the tooth type and module.The other dimension are processed to finished size according to drawing.
Large nonstandard tooth will be milled on the CNC gantry milling and drilling machine
The conventional tooth will be hobbed on the gear hobbing machine
Surface quenching or carbonization will be done after finish machining to improve the hardness and abrasive resistance of the tooth. after the surface quenching, we will inspect the hardness of the tooth.
We have prefect and strict quality management system and experienced inspector to control the product quality.The gear will be inspected strictly according to the drawing.
By air or by sea,DHL/TNT/UPS/EMS etc.According to customer’s requirements.
