Sanitary stainless steel 316  single stage homogeneous emulsion pump is a high-performance equipment for continuous production or circulation processing of fine materials. In a narrow cavity, there are 1-3 groups of dual occluded multi-layer stator, rotor and rotor. Driven by the motor, the high-speed rotation produces strong axial suction to suck the material into the cavity. In the shortest time, the particle size distribution range is also significantly narrowed when the materials are dispersed, sheared and emulsified. Fine and long-term stable products can be obtained.

Working Principle
Electric energy is the power source of emulsion pump. It mainly depends on the support of electric power, which transforms the electric energy into the power of high-speed rotation of rotor. Under the strong shear force generated by high-speed rotation of rotor, the products that need to be mixed are crushed and emulsified, so as to be discharged from the bottom of emulsion pump.

Structural composition
The pump body is mainly composed of the outside and inside of the pump chamber. The main material used outside the pump chamber is stainless steel, model SS316, which is wear-resistant and not easy to rust. The internal structure of the pump chamber is also made of stainless steel, and has strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance than the outside. So as to better subdivide some oxidizing liquid, and will not cause damage to the pump body.
