A. We use the Germany Brand FAG bearing 6014-2Z model deep groove ball bearings ,Special lithium grease,15 years warranty .
B .Solve the knockout press: without double outer bearing ,When the power failure happened , the fan will stop suddenly .it will generate big knockout press ,which can lead to blade fracture.
Like the following pictures .
While if we use the double outer bearing device ,it will avoid the big knockout .so this can protect the blade and extend the lifespan.
C . Extend the lifespan .This is similar with the lever principle ,when the distance is longer ,than the bear load will be lighter .Thus can extend the lifespan of bearing .
