Placing the two packers of this double packer system at the upper and lower parts of the sampling section in the drilling hole, and then inflated the two packers with liquid water or the compressed air,the two inflatable packers close contact with wellbore to produce water stopping effect. After the drilling hole is separated into three sections by two expanded packers, the water level can be measured by self-recording water level meter.
The groundwater between the two packers can be pumped to the surface by a pumping pump located at the upper part of the upper packer for the determination of hydrochemical parameters and sample collection.
In the process of pumping, the groundwater level between two packers can record the change of water level by self-recording water level meter, and can also observe the change of water level instantly by surface pressure indicator.
