Allicin
Alliin, also known as allitridin .the chemical name is diallyl trisulfide compound. Having the function of possessing to destroy harmful micro-organisms, and promote the growth, also can flavour the animal food. It has no toxic side effects, no residue. Now it is widely used in farming industry.
Main active ingredient: diallyl sulfide C6H10S3 Appearance and properties: 98% liquid is a light yellow viscous liquid ; 25% powder is a white, floating powder. All possess with strong garlic smell.
