The crushed PVC scraps pulverizer machine is a rotor-type plastic mill. It is mainly used for processing and grinding heat-sensitive materials. It can process and grind polyethylene PE, polyvinyl chloride PVC, polystyrene PS, polycarbonate PC, foamed PE, The powder processing of PVC, ABS, EVA, soft PVC, rubber, and other materials has the characteristics of high output, fine grinding, high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection.

1. This machine uses water circulation and air cooling, which is suitable for processing heat-sensitive materials.
2. The machine uses the high-speed rotation of the spindle cutter head and the fixed cutter head to make the incoming materials
The high-speed movement collides strongly with the grinding disc and is cut into powder.
3. Both movable and fixed knives are made of wear-resistant steel at one time. After heat treatment, it has high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
4. The machine is compact in structure and small in size. It can be maintained as long as the door cover is opened. It is fully sealed and has no dust leakage.
5. The thickness of the grinding powder can be adjusted by adjusting the washer through the spindle nut.
6. The machine is equipped with an air feeding and discharging device to ensure uniform cooling of materials and fast cooling speed.
