Description
The sand mixer is a machine which can mix the sand, binder, additive, water, etc. for casting evenly and make it into molding sand or core sand with certain performance.can make the components of molding sand mix evenly , make the binder effectively cover the sand surface .
Rotor type Green sand mixer – Model S14 Series is used to mix clay sand or green sand as common foundry equipment. Used sands or new sands are mixed with clay, coal powder. Water is also added while mixing from special water supply device.

S13 type Single roller green sand mixer
The green sand mixing machine has scrapers and two high-speed rotors with a blade were installed in the machine's chassis. chassis rotates as clockwise, rotor and scraper rotate as counterclockwise. Rotor speed is higher than the speed of the chassis. Because chassis and rotor has an opposite movement, and the speed is different, so the sand of the chassis obtains different speed difference.
Rotor type green sand mixer is updated mixer equipment than Roller type mixer. It is more efficient and bigger volume. It is good option to adapt to automatic clay sand casting line.
