Our top product has always been artichoke, of the quality "Brindisino of Puglia": we offer it both natural either in oil, in different sizes, with or without stem, in tins from 1 to 3 kg, all size of glass jar. While for industry we have the product in brine, packed both in lactones of 10 kg, either in barrels of 150 kg.
The same attention is reserved for tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini and peppers.
As guarantee of quality, our company relies on the professional expertise of over two hundred employees and the latest technology, thanks to which we can proceed to the special "processing from fresh': it’s a combined and continuous cycle that allows us to transform the agricultural product basic in the final product, in a few steps, and to prevent him stress and loss of quality.
Once collected, our vegetables are packaged in different ways to meet a demanding customers and all variations of traditional Italian recipes. In a riot of flavors, colours and shapes, our foods are really ready to celebrate the dinner tables across Europe and beyond.

The Greco's canning company is the result of a family passion: in the fifties of the last century, our parents began to cultivate the land that they owned near Torre Guaceto's Reserve. Since then, their project has grown to cross national borders and establish itself as an important presence in the agrifood sector. The new generation of sons took over the reins of the company, carrying on with passion what was the original intent of the founders: to offer our customers a genuine, complete, nutritious and tasty product.

From our estate Baccatani, which covers 250 hectares, between olive groves and vineyards, come the vegetables that we follow carefully all stages: from sowing to harvesting, from processing to canning, completing the entire production cycle.

Those are artichokes, our top product, but also tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini and peppers. And now we also produce extra virgin olive oil from organic farming and tomato sauce, which is also organic.
