304 Stainless Steel

PLC Intelligent Touch Screen
We adopt PLC intelligent touch screen, which has more than 100 kinds of food production memory functions. It's so easy to understand and operate. Meanwhile, it can count production capacity and facilitate production management. Also the language in PLC can be English, Chinese, you could choose what you need.
Stable Pressing Wheel
When we put fillings into the cavities, if the casing or fillings are sticky or hard, it's easy to flow back. The biggest advantage of the stable pressing wheel is to push fillings or casing forward, which can prevent the weight instability
Cutter
We have invented the cutter with six piece suspended blades by ourselves, and we have obtained two patent certificates. The side of the blades is not closed, reducing the friction area between cutters. It has high- frequency closure, easy to dissipate heat, so that the cutter is more wear-resistant and the service life can be extended.
Servo Motor
Japanese Panasonic's or Taiwan Delta frequency changer, Taiwan Liming electrical machinery make the machine operational performance more stable. Also we adopt double chain design mechanism to prevent gear wear or chain loosening caused by long-term operation of the machine,which has been praised by many users.
Distribution Box
Inside the machine, neat the distribution box , there is a cooling fan for ventilation and heat dissipation, which can effectively protect the service life of the electrical appliances. And our independent distribution box with a protective cover can work in humid environment, especially when making fish balls
The Top Structure
For general machine, it's not easy to be positioned on the conveyor belt and very easy to roll to the ground when the product is cut off. While our machine with the top structure, when the product is cut off, the top structure moves up and the cutter moves down so as to flatten the top and bottom of the product, making the appearance better
