Q: Are you a factory or trading company? A: We are a factory.
Q2: Can you do my design? A: Sure, we can make samples according to your pictures or drawings.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 100pcs per color, smaller orders 50pcs is acceptable for some simple styles, but there is a little difference in price.
Q4: Do you provide free samples?
A: We will provide free sample for our customers cooperated for a long time. For new customers, samples will be charged, but we will return it to you once bulk order reaches our MOQ.
Q5: What is your packing? A: In generally, each pc packed with a poly bag, then put into an exported carton. We can also make custom package.
Q6: How about the lead time for a sample? A: If every detail is confirmed, 3-7days.
Q7: How about delivery time? A: 3-4 weeks for normal styles,4-5 weeks for hand smocking styles.
