Injection Production
Our injection Machines span ranges from 90T-2000T ( Haitian plays the main role) including a 1000T Bi-color one. With them we are able to mould in various sizes and targeted injected weight of 2000T is as great as 13KG, while sizes maximize to 1.8*2.3 meters.
We have assisted devices such as Nitrogen Assisted make-up Machine Manipulator, automated material feeding system, and Ultrasonic hot melt machine and so on.
Oil Painting
We have dust-free workshop for Oiling and Screen Painting, including UV oil painting line, screen painting line, Sand Blasting Line and Stereo Oven.
We care capable of covering spray Painting, Nitrogen and Foam Painting on partial surface, hand painting and transfer painting in single color, bi-color, and multiple colors.
With fully-scaled manufactured process and advanced oiling and painting technique, we aims to offer comprehensive production service to customers.

We have a clean workshop of 100K rank and two clean workshops of 1000K, all are equipped with standard lines and highly-qualified workers.
