Q: What is your delivery time ?
A: 30 days after deposit and drawing confirmed.
Q: What’s your payment term ?
A: 40%deposit,60% before cargo loading.
Q: What about your packages ?
A: Inner EPE paper packing, exterior with wooden frame crate box. We have been exporting lots of products overseas, no any clients make any complains on our packages.
Q: What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems ?
A: 10 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.
Q: How can you ensure high quality ?
A: We have our own material production workshop. 10 years die factory partnership.21 production lines. 800 workers. Workers training well before on job.100% QC online and final inspection. Our QC won’t let any defective products get out of our factory. We have so many certificates, ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, ISO10012,etc.
