Q1. Are you a real factory or trading company? Yes, we are a real factory, mainly produce kitchen and bathroom faucets, kitchen sink, angle valve, shower sets and hose etc.
Q2. Can you accept the OEM or ODM production?
Yes,we accept OEM order and can laser customer's LOGO on the products.
Q3. How about the MOQ? Our MOQ is 1 carton for each item, but small trial order is ok.
Q4. What is your shipping method? We have sea shipping, air shiping and land shipping or combination shipping with them ,which is depends on clients’ request and quantity.
Q5. What is your leading time? Leading time is 3-7 days if we have stock and 10-15days if we need to produce.
Q6. What is your payment ways? We can accept bank T/T, Western Union, Alibaba TA,100% full payment if sample order or small quantity. Other normal items order 30% deposit to produce and 70% balance before shipment. OEM or ODM production order may request 50% deposit.
