Description

Novice simple production test machine method: just add corn flour, water and others. The viscosity and dry humidity are just right when making pellets for extrusion.

Softness is the key step in extruding the pellets. The criteria for judging are: squeeze it into a ball by hand, and then disperse by pressing lightly or: hold it into a ball, and disperse by light pressure.

The smash is not fine enough (just pass through a fine screen)
The soft material is too dry (continue to add water)
The soft material is too sticky (less raw eggs or directly add hard-boiled eggs)
