1. It depends on the models. Most of our GPS tracking devices need the SIM card, please check the network details from the product
description before ordering.
2. Normally 4G device can compatible with 3G and 2G network, so a 4G SIM card is needed. 2G/3G SIM card can’t work on 4G device.
NB-IOT devices need NB-IOT network, please check with your operator to confirm if your area has been covered with stable NB-IOT
