1.When can I get the quotation?
For stock products, prices showing online are correct. It is ex-factory price, and price differs from order quantity.
For customized product, offer will be submitted within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If it is urgent, please kindly remind us and provide item details in time.
2.How can I get a sample?
For stock product, you can buy it online directly, then we would send it out within 3 days.
For customized sample, pls send us messages. It will get ready within a week when all details confirmed. As for sample fee, minimum charge is USD200 for printed sample, and USD78.0 for dummy sample, which exclude shipping cost. Sample fee will be returned when order confirmed and order amount reach our line.
3.Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have professional designers. Provide us your detail requirements, we would design it for you.
4.How about the package of product?
Usually we would pack it with polybag/shrink-wrap/bubble bag, then to carton. It can be customized.
5.How about the lead time of mass production?
According to the quantity of order, usually customized item will get ready within 21 workdays.
6.What is the terms of delivery?
All is workable for us, by sea, by air, via courier etc.
