EN10305-1 E355+SR BKS 1045 1020 Cold rolled Seamless Steel Tube 

 

1.cold finished tube(cold drawn pipe, cold rolled pipe)

After pickling, phosphating, our seamless pipe can do deep work such as cold drawn, or cold rolled.

This process can change the size of OD, ID, WT and the mechanical property of the carbon tube.

Also after cold finished, we can do stress relieved(annealed), called them BKS tube, would much better 

for bending.

Roughness: ra1.6-3.2 

Straightness: 1:1000mm

OD work range: 30-250mm

 

      

 

2.honed tube,SRB tube

A:  ID Honed

OD work range: 30-50mm

Length: 2m max

Utilize an abrasive stone,which turns while being moved in and out of the work piece.

The honing process makes :
1)Smooth surface finishes inside bores
2)Hold precise tolerances on bore diameters 

ID H8 H9 H10
ID roughness 0.4-0.8μm

 

B:  ID Skiving and roller burnishing/ID SRB

 

Two thin chips are cut at high feed rate while the tool passes through the workpiece,

producing mirror inner,with a bore precise tolerance .

3. polished tube

OD polished, can make the OD surface smooth, Ra can up to 0.4-0.8.

OD polished and ID honed or SRB, the tube can be used for hydraulic cylinder barrel direcly.
