Dust-free workshop is applied and all food contact safe standards in production are complied. PE film and nonwoven are food grade, super water absorbent polymer is biodegradable, and pulp is made in USA. All the absorbent pads are made of food grade new materials, second hand materials are prohibited in our production. All we do is to ensure safe food contacting. And we can also make totally biodegradable soaker pad.
5. What size of soaker pad you can make?
We can make from 80mm to 780mm by width and 100mm to 780mm by length.
6. What absorption your soaker pad can do?
Absorption range from 750ml/sqm to 16000ml/sqm.
7. What payment term you can accept?
Usually at first time, we only accept 30% as deposit and balance to be paid before shipping. But this is negotiable, we can change when credit is built.
8. How about the lead time?
For NON-customized soaker pad,1 to 10 cartons, usually we have ready stock, ONE day fast shipping is available.7days for 11~200 cartons and 15 days for above 200cartons. For customization product, 15~20 days are ok.
