Every piece of our products would comply with the relative standards EN & LFGB & GDCCFE by SG.S &TUV & BV for safety of utensils in contact with food/drinks.

A: Generally our MOQ is 3000pcs per colour/design/size, but we also consider smaller qty for trial order after evaluation.\t

A: Yes, logo position ready for custom logos, just send us your logo for us to check setup charge and cost on each. \t

Q: What file format do you need if I want my own design?\t
A: Any vector file is acceptable (ai, pdf would be the best). Then, our designer would make a mock up art with that logo on product for you to check before proceeding.\t

Q: Are your products eco-friendly? What tests passed?\t
A: Materials are safe to USA & Euro market, Prop 65 for California. LFGB for Germany. Test reports available.\t

Q: What guarantee do I have for our orders with you since I have to pay in advance? What if the products you shipped are wrong or poorly made?\t
A：To avoid any mistakes made in production, we make approval samples before each mass production to make sure what we are going to make are what clients expected. Or, if there happened to be unsatisfacted points after clients received goods, we would always be responsible for any issues that client claims. Return to fix, remake, or credit would all be the options to reach the client satisfaction.\t
Moreover, we offer Trade Assurance service for each order to our clients to get 100% full protection.\t
