How to use

We have passed ISO9001 quality system certifications & BSCI. All materials we used are eco-friendly with SGS/ CE/ RoHs
certifications. Meanwhile, we have our own brand PickPet.
3. How can we control the product quality?
All products will be inspected one by one by our QC team before shipping. If you need QC from 3rd department is welcomed.
4. Can I add a logo on this product?
Yes. Logo cost depends on design.
5. Could you produce products per customer design?
Yes. Please provide design files in 3D. We have professional mold workshop & production workshop.
6. What is your Quality Assurance Terms?
After we confirm order. We will send the final design to you to confirm the design.We will fixing the final samples till it meet
your requirements.The mass production must be same as the final signed back samples. If they are not catching the stan-
dard as the final samples would reproduce the whole goods.
7. Confidentiality principle
We will keep all our clients 3D drawing design, and logo, samples on our archives, and never show to the competitorsor
our other customers.
8. Service after sale
We provide 12-monthes warranty.
