● Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a manufacturer with designing, manufacturing, marketing and exporting
● Where is your factory located ?
Our factory is located in Chaozhou, China, our office with showrooms in Guangzhou China.
We can pick you up from airport, hotel to visit factory and showrooms if you need.
● Can I have a sample before order?
Yes, we could provide sample for material and quality inspect with the freight collected.
● Can you make customized logo or design?
Yes, for logo usually request each size 200 pcs in several items, for new shape, minimum order quantity is 1000pcs above.
● How long is your production time?
Usually, 30days after deposit if the stocks are unavailable. Can send within 7days if in stocks. And please noted that the delivery time will be relatively extended during hot sale season and the Chinese New Year.
● What types of payment do you accept?
We accept 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery; For customized logo or design, 50% deposit would be requested.
● What kind of material are your products made in?
Bone China and high temperatures porcelain.
For the quality grade: bone china > high temperatures porcelain. If you would like to know more details, pls feel free to contact us directly.
● How about your packing, is it possible to ensure the safety of the products?
Standard export package, usually lined with bubble paper and packed in cartons, also can be packed according to your request.
