This equipment consists of plastic extruder and plate (sheet) plastic forming auxiliary machine, it can produce plastic plate (sheet) products.
The plastics materials that can be used as plate (sheet) extruding include PVC, polystyrene, PC, PA, PE, polypropylene and so on. The width of plate (sheet) finished product is generally 1.2m, and the maximum width can be 1.5m.
There is no strict boundary between the plate (sheet) and the film, and there is no much difference in structure between the plate (sheet) extrusion equipment and the film extrusion equipment, both use slit head extrusion melt. The thickness below 0.25mm is usually called film, the thickness between 0.5mm and 3mm is called sheet, and the thickness greater than 3mm is called plate.
