1. Important note from Supplier, pls reading before order.

Dear Customer, due to our company's internal brand protection policy, we need your help to confirm that you won't sell our Aroma Naturals products on Amazon in following market: US CA EU(UK DE FR ES IT NL) AU AE SA JP.
Once we found you're selling, you will be fined twice of the total amount of all orders between us.
If you agreed on the above, pls contact our customer service to sign the additional agreement before placing the order, otherwise we will not accept your order at this moment.

2. Shall we deal with other payment terms?

Currently we accept 100% T/T before shipment and L/C at sight, for further type, kindly contact our customer service for checking.

3. Will you accept the ODM business?

According to our company's strategy, we're aiming to develop the long-term business relationship with our key customer on ODM business, which means we have some strict rules for our ODM partner, such as the business scope, annual turn over in home fragrance range.
But all of you're welcome to do the co-branding products with us, kindly contact our customer service for details.

4. What about the Lead time for co-branding products?

It depends on the order qty. and products, normally we'll try our best to do 30days after order confirmation.

5. Port of Delivery?

5.1 China: DALIAN
5.2 Europe: POLAND
