Product Description
The function of the valve guide: The valve guide is a guide device for the valve of an automobile engine, which guides the valve back and transfers the heat from the valve lever to the cylinder head through the valve guide.
Valve guide installation and material: The inner and outer cylindrical surfaces of the valve guide are processed and pressed into the valve guide hole of the cylinder head or cylinder block, and then the reaming inner hole is finished. To prevent axial rotation, a snap ring positioning groove is provided. It is matched with the positioning snap ring to prevent the pipe from moving and falling into the cylinder during operation. Generally, there is a slight gap between the valve stem and the valve pipe, so that the valve stem can move freely in the pipe.
