1.It has the functions of semi – automatic unwinding of raw materials, built-in nose bridge, welding of mask edges, ultrasonic fusion, forming and cutting；

3.Non-woven fabric roll unwinding machine tension and deviation correction control；
4.The whole machine adopts aluminum alloy / stainless steel structure, beautiful and strong, not rusty.

4)OTHER TECHNICAL CONDITION
1.Environment temperature range:\t10-400c
2.Humidity range: max. 80%, no condensation
3.Installation altitude: ≤2200m
4.Air pollution: Please do not install the unit in the environment with the presence of dust, corrosive gas and air pollution.
5)AFTER-SALE SERVICE
1.There will be one year warranty for the equipment, except wear off spear parts.
2.The machines are tested and commissioning well before the shipment. The buyer is required to install the machines according to the instruction of the Operator’s Manual. We could provide free training at our site for the customer. Virus controlling stage, we can only provide Vedio for installation.
3.100% down payment by T/T within three banking days of signing Proforma Invoice.
4.PACKAGE: Standard fumigation-free plywood packaging.
