Fluorescent Aerobic Blood Culture Bottles Suitable For Microbial Detection Are Sold In Batches

Meihua Aerobic Culture Bottle is providing the reproduction of bacterium with nutrition and growth factor by culture media, which consist of nutrient substances such as peptone, yeast and vitamin etc in the culture bottles. As bacterium’s growth in the culture media will generate carbon dioxide, if there are bacteria in the tested specimen, with reproduction of bacteria, the generated carbon dioxide will turn the color of sensor at bottom of culture bottle from aquamarine into yellow, the growth of bacteria can be detected by checking color by equipment.

Aerobic Culture Bottles are used for early diagnosis of bacteria, sepsis by testing the patient blood specimen and useful for detection of aerobic bacterial in sterile body fluid/ solution.

Each one Aerobic Culture bottle is a closed vessel consisting of transparent cylindrical vessel and butyl rubber sealing cover, the vessel is made of PE with a fluorescence sensor at the bottom, there are liquid bacterium culture media and air in the vessel.

Main components of the liquid bacterium culture media:

FFA-01: peptone 10g, yeast 4g, BHI 4g, vitamin B6 0.01g, SPS 0.015g, ion adsorbing resin 4g/bottle, X factor 0.005g,CO2,O2.
