Application
This oil level gauge is suitable for oil level indication of small and medium-sized oil immersed transformer oil conservator and on load switch oil conservator. It can also be used for liquid level measurement of other open or pressure vessels. Instead of the connected glass tube oil level gauge, it has the characteristics of safety, intuition, reliability and long service life
Technical Parameters
1. Oil level gauge structure: the oil level gauge is composed of float, connecting rod, gauge base, magnetic steel and red, yellow and green signs. Since the float and red, yellow and green indicator plates are completely separated from the oil level gauge seat, the reliability of oil level gauge sealing is ensured.
2. Working principle: when the oil level in the oil conservator rises or decreases due to temperature or other reasons, the float of the oil level gauge rises or decreases synchronously with the oil level, thus driving the red, yellow and green indicator to rotate to indicate the oil level.
Using environment
1. Ambient temperature: - 35 ℃ ~ 55 ℃;
2. Relative humidity: ≤ 90% when the ambient temperature is 25 ℃;
3. There is no violent vibration and magnetic field at the installation position;
4. The oil level gauge should be installed on the top of the oil tank.
