 DIY step without ice cream machine:
 Step 1: Take Ice cream powder(100g) into a food container, add 300ml of normal temperature milk or water. Stay 15min at room temperature and stir until it dissolved completely. Frozen in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
 Step 2: Whip soft ice-cream for 3-5minutes with an electric mixer. the overrun goes to 60-100%.

Step 2: Put it into home-made ice cream maker and start the machine, In about 25 minutes,it can be eaten as soft serve immediately. Or pour the mix into the hard ice cream machine hopper, please confirm cretain mix flowed into the cooling cylinder before starting the machine, In about 13 minutes, the ice cream will be available. Step 3: Put the ice cream immediately in the refrigerator(-18 C) for at least 6hrs frozen. Then the ice cream is ready for serve or eat.
