Q0. Is it possible to visit your company? A: Of course, please feel more than invited to visit us anytime you want.
Q1. Is you company certified? A: Yes, we have passed HACCP&ISO22000 Food Safety Management System. Korea No.1 factory.
Q2. What about the lead time? A: Hong Kong Vietnam takes about 90 days. (ask again)
Q3. Do you have any MOQ ? A: Our minimum order quantity is one full container load.
Q4. Who are your main clients? We welcome clients from all over the world. At this stage, we mainly export to South-East Asia (Hong Kong and Vietnam, China)
Q5. What are your payment terms? A: With our long term partners we usually work on on 30% telegraphic transfer deposit and 70% against Bill of Lading. During first transactions we usually require 100% prepayment (usually after quality inspection in person, which is advised)
