Q1: Are you greeting cards Manufactory or Trade Company? A: We are the 100% Manufactory specialized in greeting card with or without electronic over 12 years.
Q2: How about the time of sample making and shipping cost? A: Usually takes 5-7 days.The cost depends on the weight and packing size and your area. I will check it for you before sending the sample. But the sample cost can be refundable after you place the order.
Q3: What kind of design format and details should we provide if we want to order pop up cards? A: About format,AI and PDF, and no less than 300 dpi with or without bleed size.About details, providing pop up part design is better.If not,we also can make the 3D artwork based on your idea for your check. Q4: Can we have our logo or company information to be printed on your product? A: Sure.They can be shown on your products by Hot Stamping, Printing , Embossing, UV Coating, Silk-screen Printing or sticker a label on it.
Q5: If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it? A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
