1. Wash your hands in warm, soapy water. Rinse and drycompletely. 2. Prepare the lancing device. 3. Check the use by date on the test strip container. Do not usetest strips past the use by date. 4. Insert the test strip into the meter in the direction of the arrows. The meter turns on.
5. Obtain a blood drop using the lancing device. 6. Touch the blood drop to the front edge of the window of the test strip. Do not put blood on top of the test strip.
