Conveyor Skirt Rubber

Conveyor skirting is a product that maintains a dust seal between the chute structure and the conveyor belt. It is usually made out of rubber strips and mechanical grips, which keeps the rubber in place. BuMtresD Conveyor skirting has been especially designed to create an effective seal that prevents dust from escaping the conveyor system.

1. Key Advantages

Conveyor skirt sealing system is mainly used for the sealing between the conveyor belt and transfer chute as well as the sealing between the impact bed and transfer chute, which is composed of rubber skirt board, aluminum alloy angle and clamp, greatly solved the spillage, air leakage and powder running problems that existing between the two sides of the transfer chute and the conveyor belts, playing an important role in reducing dust concentration in belt corridor.
Each meter of the rubber skirt board is equipped with two clamps and 1m aluminum alloy angle, the bracket and aluminum alloy angle are firmly connected to each other, enabling easy and quick installation;
The height and length of the rubber skirt board can be customized according to the actual size of the transfer chute, can be adjusted properly during the use based on the actual wearing condition.
