Matrix160 is a new type of nucleating agent for PA, which has excellent nucleating effect, toughening and lubricating effect. It is fed in the form of granules, which can be added and mixed evenly, making it an ideal processing assistant for modified nylon-made products and components.

Features & Application
Matrix160 is a nucleating agent of various nylon (PA6 PA66 PA11 PA12
copolymerized PA fiberglass reinforced PA), its effective components can be evenly
dispersed in the polymer melt with fine grains, playing a very effective crystallization
acceleration effect, it has the following advantages in extrusion injection molding
processing:
1. Shorten the molding cycle and improve the production efficiency
2. Improve demoulding
3. Improve dimensional stability of products
4. Reduce post-shrinkage or warping of the product
5. Prevent stress cracking of products
6. Improve mechanical properties (increased tensile strength and hardness)
7. Raise the heat temperature
8. Feeding in the form of particles, easy to mix evenly and improve the stability of
product quality
9. In addition to nucleation, it also has the effect of lubrication and toughening, which
can effectively improve the comprehensive properties of the products
Recommended Dosage
It is suitable for mixing processing of twin - screw extrusion milling machine.
The best recommended amount for Matrix160 is 1% relative to the quality of nylon,
depending on the type of nylon, formulation system, and properties required for the
final product.Under normal circumstances, this material does not need pre-drying, or
pre-drying temperature should not exceed 60%
Cautions
It can be kept unopened at room temperature for at least 12 months.
