* Can you put our logo on the products or cartons? Yes! We can put customers' logos on products, such as: fabric, cooper, stickers on the chairs. But the MOQ is 1 container if you need chair logo services, the shipping marks are also available for printing customers’ logos.
* New Products Recommendation We will research and develop 3-5 pieces of new model chairs and regularly send to our customers’ emails with quotation every month, some are cheaper models and some have never been appeared on the market. * Customers’ Complaints We will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours for all customer complaints. It would be easier and quicker for us to handle the issues if you can provide us the product photos with quality problems. * Sample Order Sample order or trial order are welcome before mass order, this can help customers know more information about our chair quality.Generally, our sample charges are the same as ordinary ones and we will refund the cost after order confirmed.
* BIFMA Certification Our most office chairs conform to the American standards: BIFMA X5.1 and BIFMA X5.11 certification, you don’t need to spend the testing expenses any more.
