During running the mixing vat has a multidirectional operation that speeds up the flowing and diffusing of materials. It also avoids the gravity segregation and accumulation phenomenon of other general mixers caused by centrifugal action. Therefore, this machine has highly efficient mixing capabiolities.
Structure:
1. As the mixing vat is multidirectional, there are more mixing points involved. The mixing homogeneity is much higher than that of a general mixer and drug homogeneity error is lower than that of general mixers.

The max charging volume of the SH series three dimensional motion mixer is one time higher than that of general mixer (max charging volume of a general mixer is 40% of full barrel volume).

1. Before the machine leaves the factory it has already been tested so the user can rest assured it is in working order.
2. Transportation: The vat volume is under 600L (including 600L) and is fully integrated. No foundation bolts are required. Machines with a vat volume of over 600L have a split package and foundation bolts are required.
3. Installation: The user should unload the machine carefully and with no accidental bumps on the machine or parts because the machine is of high.
4. All screws have been up for transportation.
5. The machine should be placed squarely on the floor eliminating the gap between the corners and the ground to avoid shaking during running.
6. The equipment should be installed under the guidance of our trained staff.
7. After installation, open the back cover, turn the pulley by hand, and connect the power when the machine is running stable. There are some notes about connecting power:
(1) The spindle should be turned in the same direction as the arrow.
If there are discrepancies, adjust the power phase.
(2) The testing of rotary speed should be from slow to fast, adjusting gradually and not beyond the speed requirements.
1. If you find the stand is not stable during the testing, stop the machine, and put a rubber shock pad of 10-16mm under the machine.
2. The test time should be not less than 10 minutes.
3. If testing is normal, you can feed materials in for testing but do not exceed the regulated volume.
4. After testing, the user should ask the skilled worker to explain the operation of the machine.
5. Maintenance: In new machines the lubricant should be changed every three months. The chain should be greased every six months.
