Fermentation mattress raw material can be sawdust, chaff, wood shavings, corn flour, wheat straw (cut into section) ,eg:the ratio of sawdust and corn flour is 50:1,then add fermentation bacteria ,water .

This product is 1 kg can ferment 2 m3 fermentation mattress material.  use the time to take one kilogram pig-specific bacteria ferment and ready mix 2 cubic litter! (2 m3 fermentation mattress material typically weighs about 300 kg) was sprayed about 150 kg clean water (maintained at 40-50% moisture content)! Then laid directly into the fermentation bed  pond( one meter deep)! Cover with plastic film! 3 days is OK.(1m width x 2m length x 1m depth,the depth about 0.3-1m is ok),if 100m3,need 50kgs of our products .

1kg aluminum foil bag, 25kgs fiber can, PP woven bag or kraft bag  with PE inner liner or according to the customers' requirements.
