Q:  Can I get samples before the order? How can I get it?

A: Quality is the Life for a brand of products. We are pleased to offer you sample to test the quality before the order. You need to tell us which/what product you are interest, inform us your detail Address for delivery cost checking. So we can
check delivery cost & inform you by return by sending a Sample Invoice. Sample delivery mostly takes 5-7 working days to your door by air express.

Q:  What is the procedure, if I need OEM/buy products with my Own brand name?

A: Step 1: Tell us what item you want to do for your private label;

     Step 2: Confirm packing & products formulation (get sample in hand for easier confirm)

     Step 3: Quotation & Contract. Confirm the price/MOQ/payment terms/delivery terms.

     Step 4: Arrange 40% deposit to us according to 

     Step 5: Send trademark Authorization letter to us, also send us your designed label file.

     Step 6: We make your label file sample & picture to you for final design confirm.

     Step 7: Production

     Step 8: Collect the balance payment when production finished.

     Step 9: Delivery. (use your shipping agent, or help to source a shipping agent for you) 

Q:  What’s your payment terms, if we want to cooperate with your company?

A: Our payment policy is 40% payment upon order, and 60% payment before delivery. Your Payment can be sent to us via T/T, western union, or Ali TradeAssurance order. 

Q: What is the delivery time after I confirm by order? 

A: For Regular Stock cargo, normally 1-2 weeks after order confirmed by payment;

For OEM/Private Label cargo, it takes 35-40 days after deposit received and the design file was final confirmed by your side. (To purchase your label with printing factory it takes around 15 days, we production around 15 days, sometimes some holiday, so total around 35 days)
