Vacuum molybdenum furnace is mainly used for high speed steel, hot and cold working mold steel, Martensitic stainless steel, elastic alloy, superalloy, magnetic material and titanium alloy vacuum heat treatment, vacuum degreasing, vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering.

1.vacuum molybdenum heat treatment furnace is a complete set of equipment for high temperature heat treatment under vacuum (or other atmosphere) conditions. It mainly adopts high temperature resistant alloy as furnace material, heating molybdenum belt as heating element, double-layer water-cooled vacuum chamber, and can be configured with circulating water refrigeration system for furnace body cooling.
2.The heat insulation screen vacuum heat treatment furnace has reached the international advanced level, which can realize rapid heating and cooling, no oxidation, no decarburization, no carburizing, can remove the phosphorus chips on the surface of the work piece, and has the function of degreasing and degassing, so as to achieve the effect of bright surface purification.
