Properties
Apperance:yellow lightly liquid
Ion: nonionic
PH value(10g/l):6.0~7.0
Color Shade: blue light
Particle size (≤2-3um):≥90%
Light fastness grade: 3-5
Characteristics
Excellent fastness to sublimation.
Good blue lightly white shade.
Good whiteness in polyester fiber or fabric.
Application
It is mainly used for the whitening and brightening of polyester fibers and its blending fabrics, especially suitable for whitening of polyester fiber knitted fabrics at low temperature (95-100℃).
Method of use
Padding process
Dosage:SFG 3~7g/l for pad dyeing process, procedure: one dip one pad( or two dips two pads, pick-up: 70%) →drying→ stentering(170~190℃30~60seconds).
Dipping process
SFG:0.3~0.7%(o.w.f)
liquor ratio:1:10-20
optimum temperature: 98-130℃
optimum time :30-60min
