3. Do you offer free samples?
We'll offer free samples for you, while, you need to pay for it first, once your order is confirmed, we will refund your sample charge. For the products we have stock, samples can be sent in 5 days. For custom design, sample will be done within 15 work days.
4. How about your company's quality control?
We have a professional QA & QC team and will fully track the orders from the very beginning to the very end.We also accept a third-party company designated by you to fully check your orders.
5.What is your MOQ of the products?
For what we have in stock, MOQ is 1 pair, and for customized design, normal MOQ is 100 pairs per color.
6. What about the lead time for bulk production?
Honestly, it will depend on the style and order quantity, while, normally, the lead time of MOQ orders will be 45 days after the payment.
