Q: What's the MOQ?

A: Usually our MOQ is around 100 pcs/color/design. If we have some in stock, there is no MOQ. Contact us for a quotation on orders under 100 pieces and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Q: Can I get samples?
A: Of course, we usually provide existing samples for free, shipping charge on buyers’ cost. But  a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

Q: What’s the delivery time of your products?

A: Usually the delivery time is 10-15 days after confirming order and details. Delivery time depending on your purchasing quantity and production season.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control.

A: Quality is priority. we will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.

Q:what is your terms of payment?
A:Normally T/T, but we also accept L/C.
For mass production: 30% deposit by T/T ,70% balance before shipment.

Q:Can we add our own logo on the glasses ?
A:Yes, you can. We’d love to print your logo or brand on.

Q:Do you also offer the eyewear accessories like case ,clean cloth ,pouch etc.?

A:No problem,we could offer you glasses accessories as your request.
