1.Q:What about sample time &sample fee?
A:Lead time is 5-7 working days, USD50-150/style.Will take responsibility for the sample until been consider satisfied. Sample fee : Could be refunded when the trade value reaches USD8,000.

3.Q:What is your MOQ?
A:We can do very small quantity for 500 pcs or 1000 pcs if you are a professional purchaser or specialize in plush toys. We hope there will be a bigger order coming.And no MOQ for old customers.

A:Yes, we have our own factory could provide OEM/ODM service. We have been cooperating with many famous foreign supermarkets.

A:Yes, we do provide 7/24 after-sale service.
8.Q:How can i know the quality before getting the goods if i don’t have the third-party inspection?
A:We will send samples before mass production. We will take photos for confirmation when the goods ready. Also we will be responsible for those damaged goods which may caused by transportation.

A:The products of our company have been granted “CE””IAF” and “TUV” certificate and the company has been passed the NF MARK. We could check if other certificates could be passed as been required.
