The machine adopts SU304L volumetric piston pump,Economic utility, low plant cover, the machine is widely applied to sticky sauce packing in the market of pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, food, cosmetic etc, meet to the requirement of GMP.

 Feature:

1).The sauce filling machine use piston pump check valvestructure to fill, suitable for all kinds of liquid and semi-liquid, like edible oil, sauce, detergent, gel etc;

high precision; the structure of pump adopts shortcut dismantling organ, convenient to wash, sterilize.

2).The piston ring of volumetric injection pump use different material of silicone, polyflon or other kinds according to liquid characteristic.

3).PLC control system, frequency conversion adjusting speed, high automatically.

4). Engineering plastic for conveyor belt, with transducers for speed control.

5).Filling quantity of all pumps is adjusted in a lump, each pump is minim adjustable. Operate easy and quickly.

6).Filling head adopts check valve piston pump with the function of anti-draw and anti-dropping.

7).Electronic and pneumatic routs are protected by a control box (to keep them from humidity and short circuit caused by water from cool air)

8).The whole machine meets GMP requirement

9).Equipped with no –drip nozzles and long shut off valve on filling nozzle.
