1.What’s your payment term?

TT and Western Union & Paypal acceptable.

1. Samples: 100% payment in advance;

2. Bulk order: 30% deposit and balance 70% settled before shipment. 

2.How long does it take to ship?

1. For Samples: 3-5 working days;2. For 20GP, 10-15 working days.3. For 40HQ, 15-25 working days.

3.How to do Quality Control?

100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its’ temperature after 24 hours’ lighting. Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well; Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

4.Can print Logo on lamps?

Yes, we can supply FREE Service for you.

5.How about the packages?

For small order quantity, lamps will be with neutral color box or yellow box package.

Order quantity>3000pcs, we will supply OEM package for customers (FREE).

6.Can I have a sample order for LED Panel Frame Light?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
